Refund Policy

1. Refund window

You may request a refund within 30 days of the date of your purchase. After 30 days, or once you have successfully received and accessed the digital content, no refund is available.

2. When refunds apply

Within the 30-day window, we will refund your payment or resolve the issue if:

  • You did not receive the unlocked content (e.g. due to a technical or delivery failure), or
  • You could not access the content and we are unable to deliver it to you by alternative means (e.g. by email).

If you paid but did not receive or could not access the content, contact us at 2361661952@qq.com with your order or transaction details. We will first try to send your report to you by email so you receive what you paid for. If that is not possible or you prefer a refund, we will process a refund within the 30-day window.

3. When refunds do not apply

We do not offer refunds after the 30-day period, or once the digital content has been successfully delivered and made available to you. Change of mind after receiving the content does not qualify for a refund.
