You may request a refund within 30 days of the date of your purchase. After 30 days, or once you have successfully received and accessed the digital content, no refund is available.

We will first try to send your report to you by email so you receive what you paid for. If that is not possible or you prefer a refund, we will process a refund within the 30-day window.
We do not offer refunds after the 30-day period, or once the digital content has been successfully delivered and made available to you. Change of mind after receiving the content does not qualify for a refund.
